Our Mission and Vision
Shell Hebert Career & Technical Academy was founded in 2023 with a bold vision: to close opportunity gaps and make quality education available to all. Located in Missouri City & Angleton, Texas, we serve students ages 13 and up—from high school learners to adults—through flexible online courses, hands-on trade training, and culturally relevant education.
Our mission is to prepare students for real-world success while fostering personal growth, mental and emotional wellness, and lifelong learning.
