Bridge Youth to Success (BYTS) is Shell Hebert Career & Technical Academyβs student success coordination initiative. BYTS supports academic engagement, family connection, and career readiness through structured, non-clinical supports.

SHCTA students can request support related to academics, engagement, career planning, or student success resources.

Parents and caregivers may connect with BYTS to access student success resources, family engagement opportunities, or Parent Support Circles.
Start Parent Intake βπ§βπ« For SHCTA Staff
Internal access for engagement logs, referrals, SSPs, and communication records. (Login required.)
Staff Access Only βImportant to Know
- Participation in BYTS is voluntary and does not affect student enrollment or academic standing.
- BYTS provides support coordination, not counseling or medical care.
- Information is used only by authorized SHCTA staff and is FERPA-aligned.
- Aggregate, de-identified data may be used for program improvement and grant reporting.
