Support Circles

A Bridge Youth Success Center initiative designed for families who want something real: support, structure, and a safe place to breathe. These circles are facilitated and intentional β€” built for teens and the parents, guardians, and loved ones who support them.

Our Promise

A Safe Space β€” On Purpose

We created these circles to be the kind of space families wish existed sooner: calm, respectful, and safe. Teens and the adults who care about them should not have to feel judged for needing support.

Private group: this is not a public drop-in. Registration is required so we can protect the environment.
Bullying, harassment, threats, hate speech, or disrespect will not be tolerated. If someone cannot follow the group standards, they may be removed to protect the safety of others.
Needing help does not exclude you. Many participants come because they feel overwhelmed, anxious, isolated, or emotionally tired. This is a place to be supported β€” not judged.

What You’ll Experience

  • Facilitated sessions with structure that helps people feel safe.
  • Connection without pressure β€” no one is forced to share more than they are comfortable sharing.
  • Practical coping tools such as communication skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy.
  • Support and resources for families who may need additional guidance beyond the circle.

What This Is (and Isn’t)

  • This is: a structured support space and community-based group experience.
  • This is not: therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment.
  • This is not: crisis intervention.
  • Safety comes first: if someone needs urgent help, we will pause and connect the family to appropriate support.
Support and safety can coexist. Teens who are struggling are still welcome here. If someone needs a higher level of care, we will work with the family to connect them to the right resources.

Pricing & Registration

We understand that walking into a support space can feel intimidating. For that reason, we want families to experience the environment first.

First Session Experience:
The first session is offered at no cost for both teens and parents, guardians, or loved ones. This allows participants to experience the space, meet the facilitator, and determine if the circle feels like the right fit.

To protect the group environment, the no-cost first session applies once per participant.

What happens if a teen shares they are unsafe?

Safety comes first. We will pause and follow our safety protocol, which may include a private check-in, contacting a parent or guardian, and connecting to appropriate emergency or crisis resources.
